First edition of management training

It was the closing ceremony of the first edition of the management training course. This course has two objectives:
- To provide participants with the necessary skills for management positions
- To improve interaction between BRTA centers to improve coordination and collaboration in the work that we can carry out together.
For all of the above, seven working groups have been formed for seven projects that have been presented today:
- Group 1: Redefining methodology for BRTA's scientific-technological plan
- Group 2: Together we go further: collaboration for excellence
- Group 3: BRTA's commitment to the 2030 Agenda
- Group 4: Common narrative for approaching the market and society
- Group 5: Keys to improve our impact
- Group 6: Attracting, retaining and transferring talent
- Group 7: BRTA's internal communication plan.
