CIC energiGUNE is the Basque reference research center in energy. Its areas of expertise are electrochemical storage, thermal energy solutions, and hydrogen. CIC energiGUNE was born in 2011 as an initiative of the Basque Government to generate disruptive scientific knowledge in materials and technological solutions related to energy, contributing to improving the competitiveness of the industry and sustainable development.
